Overview
We are building an AI-powered toy designed to spark creativity, learning, and imagination for children. We are looking for a Customer Support person who can assist parents and young users with questions, basic issues, and general product guidance. The role requires patience, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility when interacting with families.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries from parents and guardians via email, chat, or support tickets

Help troubleshoot issues and guide users through setup and features

Communicate clearly and calmly with parents who may have concerns about their child’s experience

Provide simple explanations that are easy for both adults and children to understand

Document common issues and feedback to improve product quality

Escalate technical issues or safety concerns to engineer when necessary

Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions
Requirements

Strong written communication skills in English

Comfortable interacting with parents and occasionally explaining things in child-friendly language

Patience and emotional maturity when dealing with frustrated users
