Job Title: Customer Support – AI Toy Platform

Overview
We are building an AI-powered toy designed to spark creativity, learning, and imagination for children. We are looking for a Customer Support person who can assist parents and young users with questions, basic issues, and general product guidance. The role requires patience, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility when interacting with families.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries from parents and guardians via email, chat, or support tickets

  • Help troubleshoot issues and guide users through setup and features

  • Communicate clearly and calmly with parents who may have concerns about their child’s experience

  • Provide simple explanations that are easy for both adults and children to understand

  • Document common issues and feedback to improve product quality

  • Escalate technical issues or safety concerns to engineer when necessary

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Comfortable interacting with parents and occasionally explaining things in child-friendly language

  • Patience and emotional maturity when dealing with frustrated users

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

  • Experience working with children/parents or educational technology
